The meeting started with the recitation from the Holy Quran. The Chairperson NACTE welcomed the members for sparing time to attend the meeting. Chairperson then asked the Secretary NACTE to present agenda items for deliberations. .
Highlights of the meeting:
- The Council acknowledged the successful organization of the two-day International Conference on Quality Teacher Education.
- The Council appreciated the hard work and continuous efforts of the Council Secretariat for the accreditation of teacher education programmes.
- The Council appreciated the work and efforts done by Dr. Shamsa Aziz, Secretary NACTE, on the revision of accreditation standards.
